This year 2012 is our 95^th continuous year in business. My grandfather Alfonso Sr. came from Italy in 1915 and started A.C. Tire Company in 1917. Not speaking any English he hired people to service the public starting out fixing flat tires and became the 1^st tire recap manufacturing company for taxi cabs and the community in Washington D.C. . My dad Lou Sr. took over and expanded the tire recap plant and service in 1954 until he passed in March 2004. Today we continue to service the public for tire and auto service 6 days per week.
